Could not get bulbs bright enough for a ceiling mount Tiffany shade that had darker glass. These bulbs worked great!

Product is not sealed as advertised. Product consumes 17W instead of the 40W advertised. Cannot be as bright as advertised due to the laws of physics. Within 20min of turning on, bulbs began to flicker. Just another BS add, scamming the customers with crappy Chinese crap. Amazon! Get your act together, and stop letting these scammers work over your customers!

The led bulb is the one I was looking for. It is waterproof, gives bright white light. It is light weight. It is a good quality for the price. The voltage is good. It covers the area with brightness. It is energy efficient. The Size is perfect for outside.

I have sconce lights that are too narrow for normal-shaped bulbs and will only take "skinny" bulbs like these. Are these bulbs actually 40W and 5000 lumens? Probably not, but they're definitely at least 2-3x as bright as the 9W/800lm LED bulbs they replaced, and are the brightest bulbs I could find that come in this form factor.

First off, I do like the warm color of these bulbs, but have tried several types from several sellers and have always been disappointed, and these are no exception. They're listed as being rated 40W real power draw and 5000 lumens total light output. Sorry to say, these bulbs don't even meet the halfway point. In my side-by-side tests, they're a bit brighter than 100W hotwire bulbs, but nowhere near "300W equivalent". In fact, they only draw 19W, and according to my indirect brightness tests (via "ceiling bounce" and light-level metering) they only get to somewhere between 2000lm and 2500lm, again, nowhere near the claimed 5000lm. I tried contacting the seller directly to ask for clarification, but have not received any response as yet, so I can edit the review to clarify if/when I hear back from them. Markings on both the boxes and on the bulbs themselves say "40W", so I don't know if I got mislabeled bulbs by accident, if they'd send me correct bulbs in exchange, or what. We'll have to see. All I want is to be able to get high-output bulbs, which are always priced at an extreme premium, and just get what I paid for. I don't think that's too much to ask. Worse comes to worse, I'll just return the bulbs and get a refund, but I shouldn't have to go through that in the first place if the products being sold would simply meet the advertised specifications. Imagine ordering a yardstick for measuring things, and what you get is only 15" long instead of 36". Or a 25ft extension cord that's only 10ft long. C'mon!

Just picked these bulbs up to replace 200 W outdoor front porch lights. I’m very pleased with them, and they put out quite a bit of light with a lot less heat and energy use as compared to the old Incandescent bulbs. I can’t give you any indication of durability, but, they seem to be pretty good quality. I would definitely buy them again.

Compact bulbs fit virtually any fixture. Smaller than an A19 bulb. Bright Warm light. Do not make any noise as some bulbs do. Wil be buying more of these. Recommended!!

Bought this light for my bedroom. Very bright and warm in nature. Complete value for money.
