It seems to work pretty well. I got it to contain fruit flies in my indoor plants. It doesn't get them all, but I can hear them getting zapped from time to time so it helps.After 60 days of continuous use, mine died. I looked inside and one of the capacitors was smoked ... and there are a lot of them.I contacted Aspectek about getting it replaced under warranty. They asked for a "short video" and the Amazon order number and my address. The video was weird ... I took a video of me plugging it in and it didn't light up. The order number was easy.The same day they responded and said that they would ship a replacement. It arrived 3 days later. No questions, no hassles.45 days later, the replacement died. Same as the first one. This time they will not replace the replacement, even though the original warranty should still cover it.We have the rectangular one from Aspectek and it has lasted for years. I suggest you try that one instead of this one.

this was great cheap lamp to have inside youll eventually get use to the loud zapping noise. only problem was about after two months of use, the bulb went out. i replaced the bulb and not even one minute later it went out again when trying another bulb after the fact it didnt come. on at all after taking the item apart i found that three contacts on the small circuit board are completely burned off. dont thing the internal electronics can keep up with the amount of bugs. but for the price and how long it lasted i cant complain. id just buy another one

This bug zapper works harder than an ugly stripper! At first, I thought it was malfunctioning because it was popping off every couple of seconds, but as it turns out, there were just a ridiculous amount of bugs on my front porch, and it was just doing its job. 10/10 especially for the price!!!! 🤑

Work great for a while then stopped! I bought two and they are both not working. So go figure

Dès la 1ère utilisation a fait le job, je n'ai pas été ennuyé par les moustiques comme lors des nuits précédentes.

Really helped with the mosquito and black fly situation. Downside is that it kills moths which are not a problem.
