Promising Progress
It is difficult to say if there has been a benefit to taking these supplements as they would need to be taken over a longer amount of time to really see the effects but I think so far they seem to be helping with focus. The pills are a good size and easy to swallow. The smell / taste is non offensive which is good when taking everyday. Once these run out, I will be looking to purchase more.

Nice addition to the supplement battery
The wife is happy these are made in Germany; usually a good sign. The label says there are no other contents than mag threonate, which if correct is excellent. Otherwise capsules are in good shape, properly filled, and no stray powder in the bottle.

Ideal before bedtime
As someone who has struggled for years with fragmented sleep, I revamped my entire sleep preparation and hygiene. I no longer have my phone beside the bed and use aromatherapy instead, diffusing precious essential oils like lavender. Moreover, I use a lavender pillow mist spray on the bedding.I have tried many sleep supplements throughout the years and finally found my ideal blend. I take 5-HTP, magnesium L-threonate, Apigenin, L-serine, and L-theanine approximately one hour before bedtime. It may seem excessive; however, I would take ten times more for someone who has not slept deeply in years. Many “Ls” are in there, signalling amino acids.Magnesium (Mg) is the second-most abundant intracellular mineral. It is required as a cofactor for over 300 enzymatic reactions. It is, thus, necessary for the biochemical functioning of numerous metabolic pathways in the body, including energy generation in every cell, protein production, gene regulation, bone and teeth maintenance, as well as the proper functioning of the brain and nervous systems.In a 2010 publication in the journal Neuron, scientists from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) reported their discovery of a magnesium compound called magnesium L-threonate (Magtein®) that can effectively deliver magnesium to brain cells. The study shows that magnesium L-threonate has greater bioavailability than other magnesium supplements. Indeed, compared to other magnesium sources, such as chloride, citrate, glycinate, and gluconate, magnesium L-threonate demonstrated higher absorption and retention. In addition, magnesium L-threonate was able to elevate magnesium concentrations significantly. The increased brain levels are most likely due to the increased absorption and higher circulating magnesium levels. These work well and are easy to swallow. I would defiantly order them again.

okay but expensive
The product's bottle and label are clean, net and readable. The capsules are not discolored or have a smell. Looks legit, would take days or weeks to know any improvements on the body. But I think the product is a bit overpriced in my opinion.

Good magnesium supplement
As you would expect with supplements, it is difficult to judge whether there has been a benefit or not. So I will reserve judgement and review on the assumption that you have a need for magnesium and want to find the right supplement.This form of magnesium is constructed to allow it to pass the blood brain barrier. Doing so allows for better absorption and supposedly allows cognitive benefits to be more pronounced. As such, it is one of the better forms of magnesium supplement you can get, hence also more premium in price.The pills themselves are a month and a half supply if you take as directed, or three months if you only take one pill a day. They are ok in texture, not chalky or grainy and do not have a smell or taste to speak of they aren’t too large and can be easily swallowed with a drink.Since I was looking for this form of magnesium, they suit my needs and were simple to take, so great product for me.

Great supplement
Hard to review the actual effect of this as like with all supplements it’s usually subtle and takes a prolonged use to notice the effects.But as a supplement it’s self it’s easy enough to take and use. Small capsules that are easy to swallow!Magnesium threonate is a form of magnesium. It’s actually a salt that forms when a manufacturer combines magnesium with threonic acid.The theory is that the body can easily absorb this and the benefits are that magnesium threonate is more effective at increasing magnesium ions in the brain and improving cognitive function than magnesium sulfate.
