This NR just works...do not even consider LIPO versions of NR, NMN, NMNH on Amazon! Buy them straight like this! All 3 forms of NAD+ boosters are water soluble and have different and complimentary activation pathways. I use labs to track my progress on metrics. I take 2g daily of DoNotAge NMN powder (will switch to them for NR powder as well as it is so much less+pure), 1G of ProHealth Nicotinamide Riboside and 300mg of ProHealth NMNH. NMN and NR each use different enzymatic pathways and NMNH uses a non enzymatic pathway. Studies have shown that NR does not penetrate all organs and muscles, NMN hits most cells in your body peaks at 2hrs and fades to half after 10hrs, NMNH penetrates all organs and has a longer half life and stays at much peak longer. There really is not a need for cheap "liposomal" NAD+ boosters. Real engineered LIPO delivery system are available for NAD+ boost from Quicksilver, and you will pay for it (a dose is 50mg). But they can tell you the size of their lipo-spherical...the supplements under $60 are most likely bathed in sunflower oil and called "liposomal" without being able to tell you what the size of their nano bubble is...how will they know what it targets without this?The one exception would be ProHealth as they use Uthever for their NMN source and they have engineered a studied Liposomal version. You may get some nutrients with the others but not consistently and usually not the full dose. Also, if you have to wonder whether a NAD+ booster is working after a couple of days....hint..it is not working. Real NAD+ boosters show up in energy really quickly...as long as you are taking a research backed dosage! If your NAD+ booster dons't tell you their powder source (NMN, NR, NMNH) and provide transparent COA without you having to ask for it.......there is a reason! Also when you read over the top reviews that read the same as their marketing materials ...do yourself a favor and look at their other reviews...many are dummy accounts. Especially for LIPO versions. Pay attention to the disparity in reviews.. all 4 and 1's. yeah listen to the 1;s and verify the profiles of the 4's. Again "I am not sure if it is working" is a condemning review for NAD+ boosters. Know the research behind these products, and elect the starting dose based on your profile. If you are older than 45 and need metabolic health/healing from multiple co-morbidities or chronic health issues...look in to the newer NMN research supporting 2g a day dosing and higher NR dosing. Be sure to look in to a ratio of TMG to NAD+ boosters as methylation can become a bottleneck as NMN, NR, NMNH require methyl donors to function at peak. I use a 1:1 ratio personally (I add up the total mg in my NMN/NR/NMNH and take the same amount of TMG hence a 1:1 ratio) . Research shows that below 4g a day of TMG keeps from increasing lipids and is borne out on my labs. That dose of ~3g/day of TMG has decreased my homocysteine level A LOT (my doc likes this). Just 2g NMN (DoNotAge.org) powder daily (first thing AM in water) has also changed my lipid profile in the right direction by about 25% alone after 60 days. I have so much more energy it is amazing and hopefully you will too! Also my insulin sensistyc has increased and my blood sugar is so much easier to manage with a rocket metabolism...weight loss on my GLP1 (Mounjaro) has been epic from this metabolic explosion from higher NAD+ levels and hunger free.
