Everything was perfect besides the panel reflector stem. Which looked to be snapped however I can still use this so it is not a big problem. I'm not sure if it is suppose to come like that, it just looked damaged, however I screwed it in with the small nail provided so it still works perfectly. Really good starter kit for me to practice PDR as I do SMART repair on vehicles for a living. Be nice to do some jobs where I won't have to use filler or reduce the amount of filler needed by using my new PDR kit.Only down side to this is I have to purchase the pushing rods separately if I ever want to go behind a panel.Saying that, there is a small dent puller device that comes with the kit which is suppose to compensate for this.Another thing is I need an adapter for my glue gun if I want to plug it into the mains. Luckily they provide 2 glue guns and the other one can plug directly in to the car 12v port.Very happy so far, just confused if the reflector stem being damaged. I would invest in a light reflector as this is just a basic no light emitting reflector.

If you want volume of items this is a good kit, but perhaps predictably all the bits are of low quality. There were also some bits missing in my set - I got only clear and black glue sticks. The glue gun is probably the worst part, it leaks the glue everywhere and has a long warm up time. So far had very little luck with the glue adhering properly despite following the instructions to the letter.

Very poor quality and pads don't adhere enough, always come apart and often not against the car body. Doesn't pull any dents apart from simplest ones. Waste of money will look to return.

I must admit, the contents intimidated me slightly. I was concerned that I may make the problem worse. My son told me that he would try it out & let me know how he got on.The small ding that he had in his door was caused by someone opening their door & knocking it so it was quite a little ding.He managed & wasn't intimidated as I was. He is very pleased with the result. He tells me that it wasn't too difficult once he read through all of the instructions and is now going to supervise me with a ding I have near the offside rear on my car.

This is a superb kit with everything in it you'll need.Various strengths of glue and multiple sized pads ensure, a good fit on the dent.Them use one of the small pullers or the slide Hammer to pull the dent.

Lots of bits in this which I found complicated and hard to follow but my cousin was able to pull a Dint I had out, didn't work on the smaller one though

Complimenti, non ho esperienza di carrozzeria e nemmeno serve, auto grandinata, ho fatto una prova prima sul cofano (probabilmente è da sostituire) quindi sono passato direttamente alla capotte, sono molto soddisfatto, nel mio caso ci vuole pazienza e tempo, ma il risultato c'è.

Cleaned car with alcohol wipes prior to application. Adhesive works very well. Recommend to use with heat gun or hair dryer. Be patient. Used a pliers where puller sits on body lines. Knock ridges down while pulling. Definitely would buy again if needed.
