The collar worked well for a couple of months and then it quit (I mostly use the tone, and occasionally the vibrate function). Although it was outside the return window, I emailed the company and they responded promptly and then sent a new collar. They even followed up to make sure i was satisfied weeks after receiving the new collar.With this second collar I will be a little more careful. My dog loves the pool and I make sure the little rubber plug is pressed in the charging port now. I'm guessing that is what wend wrong with the first one.

This training collar can do so much. I haven't had to equip the shock function as my little dogs react promptly to the beep and vibration. Something to note, this is not an automatic training collar. You need to have the remote in hand during training to provide correction. It won't function as a bark collar or perimeter correction. It's meant to be used during hands on training only. I find it very useful and a great quality for what I paid.

We bought this for our mini dachshund. She had a habit of bolting out the door as soon as it was cracked and not wanting to come back inside. We never had to shock her. All we have to do is hit the vibrate or beep and she comes running toward us. We don't even have to use it anymore when we are just going out to let her potty or work in the yard. We put it on when we go for walks and hit the beep if she's to far in front and she comes straight back.

After almost three months of having this collar for my pup, the first two buttons stopped working. I'm not about to shock (last button) my pup. If you're looking at collars I wouldn't buy this one. This company does have other collars that last, but this one is not one of them. Very disappointing.***This is an edit from my previous comment. The company reached out to me, and sent me a new set. Customer service gets 5/5 stars. I hope this one last longer.

This is my second collar. The first one is battery operated and works great. This one is rechargeable and will not take a charge. Conveniently it’s just over 30 days so I cannot return it.

Works great!!! Even on just vibrate !!

I chose this based on a recommendation from someone else. I have 2 crazy juvenile dogs and this allows me to correct the appropriate dog from one controller with the flip of a switch. My dogs respond better to the vibrate than the shock, honestly. My smaller dog has bulldog in him and can get aggressive. I have learned that the shock sometimes nudges him towards aggression rather than obedience, so I use the vibrate almost exclusively with him.It has held a charge well so far, but it does require charging every night. It would be great if it came with 3 charge cables rather than 2, but any mini usb cable works!It also has a nice safety feature where you cannot shock twice too close together.

This collar works so well with my dog! It is super easy to use, the battery lasts a long time and she responds to the bells....
