Virbac Rebound Recuperation Formula for Cats, Clear

This has been a life saver, literally! Took my sweet girl to the vet because she had been under the weather. Her labs were not great,she was severely dehydrated and really sick. Was on weekend and took her to Urgent Vet. I had to leave her there for almost 3 hrs ( they were closing and she had to be picked back up at 7:30) to get I.V fluids. Vet told me she had enough in her to do her through the weekend and I really needed to take her to animal hospital to be hospitalized for a couple days for fluids on Monday.( Not even 24 hrs until Monday) I ordered 2 bottles of this to see if I could get her hydrated without having to put her in hospital. It's been a consistent routine of force feeding her but she is now hydrated and working to get her energy back up! I am very pleased with this and will definitely be keeping some on my shelf for just in case.It smells like a mild beef broth with a thin consistency and great expiration date. I have absolutely no complaints at all!

This product has saved my cat a few times!! I thought I was going to lose her, saw the review, and gave it a shot.. used a plastic syringe to give it to her, and she perked up fast! Now.. whenever I buy I bottle I just use it for a day or 2, the extra I put in little ice cube trays, the little round ones, so I can pop a few out when she isn't doing well.it has worked AMAZING!!

My 17 year old cat was severely dehydrated and not eating. He has the added help of getting sub-q fluids but this liquid really seemed to help him a lot! It has the smell of like a protein shake and a slightly thicker consistency than just water.He really seemed to enjoy taking it and seemed to prefer having it served to him on a spoon. After just a few days with this, he has much more energy, is acting more like himself and has renewed interest in eating and drinking on his own.

I forgot I had purchased this. I bought it because my elderly kitty was going downhill fast. My cat hasn’t been able to tolerate absolutely nothing , water, nor broth. This product was fed through a nasogastric tube feeding. I am very happy to see she tolerated the feed. She perked up and is now sitting in her favorite spot by the window and no longer hiding. I wish I ordered this sooner but we achieved something today.

I do believe this would of helped my 17 yr old kitty since he was on a eating strike…However only after 3 days of using it as directed an even less than the daily recommended dosage his sugar sky rocketed to 600 !! Do not use on diabetic cats or dogs. Sadly unable to save him an he passed.

After 30 years of cat ownership, I just experienced my first really SICK cat. My 6 year old male got sick out of the blue and refused to eat! Putting any food near him would make him gag. It was great peace of mind that I could use this to get some calories and hydration in him via a syringe until we could get into a vet. Many tests later, turns out it was the $700 man flu - he had caught a virus. Apparently, he’s a cat who will only eat if he can smell. I had a few days where he would only eat food from my fingers, and he lost weight. I loved having this on hand to mix in his food and make every bite count! I came back to buy another bottle for my pet first aid reserves.
