Received my order last month. Noticed that there were several material defects. Contacted the company that fulfilled the order and they replaced the umbrella rather quickly. I couldn’t be happier with the product and the service provided. I highly recommend this umbrella for its beauty and the customer service provided. I can’t comment on the resistance to fading yet but can say I’ve had several other brands of umbrellas in the past and can say this one is superior in materials used. I don’t anticipate any problems with fading.

We bought two of these in 2023. Bright yellow (closer to gold) color. One is under a tree, the other in bright sunlight. One must endure constant abuse from neighborhood squirrels and birds above. Apparently one of the things our neighborhood includes is an abundance of dark blue berries, which, after passing through said animals, end up on our bright yellow umbrella. After one and a half seasons, these are still washing off with ease. There are still zero stains. Both still have the original color, and they stand up well to wind and rain. For comparison, our neighbor bought a competitive product from a local retailer. She had to replace hers withing a few months, by which time hers had faded beyond recognition. As I recall, ours were not dirt cheap, but they were well worth the cost.

I’m happy with this umbrella so far it’s holding up really well and feels well. I use it almost daily and it really helps keep us cool. At first I didn’t love the tan color but it came in a set and was a little cheaper, but now I really like it. It blends well with everything and hasn’t stained or faded.

Nice, good looking umbrella. Seems sturdy but we sent our first shipment back due to the crank not working and our replacement has the same issue. We will keep it as it's not that had to manually open and close for a reasonably strong & normal height adult.

Shipped quickly and color is true to the pictures. The fabric feels very sturdy, it's the perfect size, and the seller is very responsive and helpful. Overall, a great umbrella and a reliable company.

I purchased three umbrellas and am so impressed by the quality and look that I decided to write a review. They arrived well packed and included all the parts which I have found is not always the case. They look much more expensive than what they cost. The fabric is thick and the tan is a beautiful neutral color. The construction is solid. The pole is a very nice dark brown. I highly recommend this company! You will not be disappointed.

When is a Sunumbrella, the same as a Sunbrella? Never!Pay very close attention to the product description. I was looking for a 9ft. patio umbrella with a SUNBRELLA material. Sunbrella is known for its durability, resistance to fading, and excellent UV protection. I saw several options on Amazon and settled for a used one at a reasonable price.EliteShade deceived me into thinking I was purchasing an umbrella made with genuine Sunbrella material. It wasn't until it arrived that I noticed the word "Sunbrella" was not listed on the packaging or user's manual. I thought I may have ordered the wrong umbrella. I looked carefully at the description on Amazon. It lists the umbrella as an "EliteShade USA 10-Year-Non-Fading Sunumbrella 9Ft Market Umbrella Patio Umbrella Outdoor Table Umbrella with Ventilation, Sunflower Yellow" umbrella. "SUNUMBRELLA" is not the same as "SUNBRELLA," I was duped.I could see no purpose for including the made-up word "Sunumbrella" other than to make the buyer believe they are purchasing a genuine "Sunbrella" product. I noticed that "Sunumbrella" is not used anywhere else in the product description, the packaging materials, or the user's manual. The only conclusion is that EliteShade uses the word to deceive buyers, including senior citizens like me.I emailed EliteShade inquiring about their use of the word "Sunumbrella," but they did not respond. I also alerted customer service at Sunbrella about EliteShade's misrepresentation.I returned the Sunumbrella and await the genuine Sunbrella product's arrival in a few days.

I love this umbrella. I assembled it easily BUT it broke quickly and though I could still use it, I coouldnt crank it open and shut. I emailed the company and they immediately sent me a replacement. I am a happy customer!
