Pay attention to how a supplment works/doesn't suit you
I know KAL to be a high quality brand. My doctor recommended calcium citratefor me. After a while it became clear that it was slowing down my lowerdigestive inner workings. I did an online search for Calcium citrate andconstipation. Results: yes, this form of calcium is known to cause this insome people. Good brand, but this form of calcium is not for me.
