How big of a drum can this stand hold? 12" to 14" in diameter?

I use several 14" snares and it would definitely work for a 13" I will have to check a 12" as I only have toms that size. Without trying a tom I believe it would as it has a ton of adjustments. Great hardware best snare stand I've ever owned.

How tall do you need it to be? It goes pretty high.

Can it hold 22in handspan? Also, can you adjust the height? if so, how high and how low it can be?

This stand is designed for snare drums and will not adjust open far enough to accommodate an upright bass drum or gong drum.

Will this hold a 14" x 8" snare drum? just bought my son a tama woodworks blackedout black snare drum as "one" of his christmas presents.
