Quality and functionality
Great quality, perfect for an outdoor connection for the new summer house. Easy to use and lots of useful connection points. Simple look to fit in with others. Easy to install. Compact design with plenty of room for connections.

Simple to install and has kept all traces of moisture and all foreign objects out. Would buy again.

Good connection box, but one minor design flaw
Very good box, I used it to install an outside light. The internal connections design allowed for simple quick installation. My only criticism is that the self sealing rubber entry on the box is recessed, which allows water to collect in it. As the cable I used was via the top entry, I am hoping that this does not cause a problem in the future, as I noticed it pooling in there when I later adjusted the lamp settings. Time will tell. I may have to fill it some time with silicone filler to ensure safety.

Wiska offer the best for IP protection and functionality with multiple entry points. As a time served electrician, these are my go to brand for external cable enclosures.

Wiska boxes are the best
These weatherproof electrical junction boxes are excellent quality and so easy to use. The fact that you can just screw in the glands makes their use and assembly so simple and easy. I highly recommend these and don't forget to use Wago connectors too - they take the effort of joining cables.

not suitable to earth swa armour
Nice design and very suitable for many purposes. But not usable if you want to earth the armour of an swa cable as there is no room for the earth tab or lockout.
