Not so great.
Unfortunately this was a bad purchase, it does not collect dirt it just vibrates in a bowl and when i clean it after there is no dirt or anything inside. I would not recommend this item.

Great customer service
I purchased this vegetable purifier in February and was initially quite satisfied with its performance. However, in May, it suddenly stopped working. I was disappointed, but since the product was still under warranty, I contacted customer service to seek a replacement.I must say that the customer service was excellent. They promptly responded to my request and shipped a replacement unit to me. The entire process was hassle-free, and I appreciate their quick action to resolve the issue.However, I am disappointed that the original unit failed within just a few months of use. I had expected it to last longer, given the price I paid for it.Overall, I appreciate the excellent customer service provided by the company.

Finally, a Better Way to Clean Produce
I’m really impressed with the Febenix Fruit & Vegetable Purifier. With all the environmental toxins out there, I wanted a better way to clean my produce, and just rinsing with water always felt questionable. This purifier is easy to use, surprisingly quiet, and leaves my fruits and vegetables feeling noticeably cleaner and fresher. I love that I can simply place everything in the sink and let it do the work. Great value for the price and a super handy tool for everyday kitchen use.
