A comment said that a CS rep told them there was no difference between the firm and soft but that one side of the pillow was firm and the other soft. This is not the case. Firm gave me neck pain on either side (I have normal width shoulders). Soft gives the right amount of support.

I bought this pillow because I am a side sleeper. I did not realize what a huge difference a good pillow could make. This was a great buy! I’m waking up with less neck pain, sleeping through the night, and falling asleep quicker. I love this pillow so much! I’m keeping this one on my list of stuff I will 100% buy again. It’s seriously so comfy, I have ZERO complaints.

Provides good suppport

I’ve been in the market for a new pillow for quite some time. I’ve bought several- soft, firm, fancy ones from the mattress store… none of them did the trick. I gave this one a shot based on reviews and it did not disappoint. This thing is so comfortable and gives my head and neck the support it needs! I’ll be back for more.

Worked great for the first 2 nights. But the soft version of this product is too soft to help with my headaches and neck pain. I'd like to try the firmer option, might offer enough support to help my neck.

Just like the pillow the my doctor recommended.

This pillow just isn’t what it’s advertised as. The one I received was basically flat with no curvature or support. I was looking for a replacement for my last cervical pillow since it was old but this was a disappointment and returned!

This pillow is for my husbands neck problem. He says it helps a little.
