Yes I think so, if you use it as after you rinse, while the care is wet, just spray it on as you wipe it down to dry... I use a regular cotton towel for this.

I use it on glass around the house, not specifically stained glass, but I have worked with stained glass before and believe this could be used on it. Just need a micro fibre cloth to polish along the lead lines.

Your car should be waxed twice a year, this polish is a great protection for the finish. You should wax it first to remove all the dead paint then polish.
