Michelin Star leather food
If leather could talk, it would ask for this hide food. It's Michelin Star food for leather, and – unlike most alternatives – it doesn't reduce breathability.I found Gold Label Hide Food a doddle to apply because it's a cream, so leather absorbs it quickly. There was no faff with having to warm it up, unlike some waxes. Many oils, dubbin and waxes appear to do a great job but clog the leather's pores (e.g. Renapur). Gold Label Hide Food is a cream that contains lanolin, and it doesn't cause this problem. This hide food is absorbed deeply into the leather and keeps it healthy and flexible. But most alternatives are only absorbed into the leather's surface and do a superficial job. Gold Label Hide Food also helps leather shed water, and it smells nice too.If water repellence is more important than anything else, then DucksWax is the best leather food I've used for shedding water. But DucksWax reduces leather's breathability.

Traditional hide food
Feeds and restores dried -out leather. It's revived my favourite pair of leather sandals that got a dunking in salt water, and became very stiff, dry and brittle.

Great product
Have a set of racing leathers that had been in the loft for 30 years. Got this hide food and it made the leather soft and supple.
