Honestly I’m no electrician but obviously look at the old one and copy it boom it’s installed nothing to it I’ve wasted hundreds of dollars on the hidden cams and not one would connect to WiFi an ever work no joke 10 seconds this thing was connected and the video quality is great I’m now 7 miles from home checked it out works perfectly definitely giving 5 stars

Recording stops working after a few months. Deleted cameras off app reinstalled having same issue. Do not recommend purchasing this product.

I’ve installed this for about a month now. So far it’s been working as described. However every now and then it would go off line and won’t connect I’d have to turn off my breaker and restart it again and it would connect. Another issue is having to re-format the SD card regularly to clear up the files otherwise it won’t be able to replay.

I must express my disappointment with this product. I purchased it expecting an easy setup and seamless connection, but my experience was quite the opposite. Connecting the device to Wi-Fi proved to be a significant challenge; the connection process was inconsistent and often failed.When I reached out to the manufacturer for support, I was directed to a YouTube page for troubleshooting videos. Unfortunately, this YouTube page was not functional. The manufacturer's response was to blame my Wi-Fi connection. However, after consulting with my internet provider, it was clear that my Wi-Fi was working perfectly.The product's Wi-Fi connectivity is fundamentally flawed. It struggles to maintain a stable connection, making remote access virtually impossible. This renders the product ineffective if you need to monitor it from outside your home.Given these issues, I cannot recommend this product. Its poor Wi-Fi connectivity severely limits its functionality, making it unreliable for its intended purpose.
