Not the best quality. Definitely sticks and hard to move around. Also not noiseless. Be careful. I currently have a bruised rib and pinched nerve because of this.

Updated: After watching some online videos from similar products, I realized I had to adjust the hoop so it is sitting more on my hips, not so much up around my waist. After making that adjustment, I think it works like it should and will be helpful to keep me moving, even if just while watching TV!I was so looking forward to this, got it today, put it together (which is very easy), and gave it a try. I am not in the greatest of shape, but I'm not out of shape either. I wasn't changing my speed or momentum, but the weight will not keep going around no matter what I try. I know how to hula hoop, I have one of the regular weighted ones, but was hoping to switch to this to save some space with using the large one. I wish I knew what to do to keep the weight moving so I could enjoy this and make it work for me 🤷‍♀️

I was very hopeful that this would be a good product, but it just isn't 😔 I have used similar products and had no issues. This one, the weight won't go all the way around the belt. The piece that connects the weight and wheels had scratches on it from dragging on the belt. I think if the wheels were bigger and more sturdy, this would be a good product. It definitely has potential with some improvement.

Doesnt glide well at all.

I start it like it’s a hula hop but the weight at the end just stops. There’s no way for me to keepIt going.
