This is soft perfect for babies & kids not super thick but it’s better than nothing. It’s super cute & easy to wipe clean. You just unfold it and it’s already assembled. Definitely could travel with it

Bought this mat for my little boy when he started crawling and being a little more mobile. I wanted him to have some cushion under him while he was on the floor. This mat has saved us from a lot of hurtful head falls! He is always standing up and falling over, and this mat is a great cushion for when he does fall and hit his head on the floor! The 4 star rating is for the quality of the material… it punctures very easily. We have small dogs and their nails have punctured it in a lot of places. My little one has started getting teeth, and has chewed on the outsides at various times and he has been able to bit pieces off. But it’s still a great mat, and I would purchase again. It’s also very easy to fold up, and to clean!!

This was a great addition to add to her play yard to help soften it if she were to take a tumble. She’s crawling and pulling up on the handles in her play yard so this has been a great addition to help soften her falls but also a cute design. I like that it’s easy to clean and is reversible. The quality of the product is durable and attractive. Good price for the product you receive. She’s even taken a few naps on it—it’s hard being a baby!

I told myself I wouldn’t be one of those people who let their home be taken over with baby toys and playmat. Fast forward 6 months and my mid-century modern/minimalist did not provide a good space for the baby to stretch his legs. I bought this to lay out in our living room for tummy time. It has several excellent qualities: it is small and light and folds up very nicely. This means I can stow it away when we have people over. I also love the pattern. We have a “sea” themed nursery, and our playmat has a really pretty sea theme. It is also two sided which is nice and means you can change it up! The surface is also very easy to clean and wipe down, which is critical as Mr. Baby is a major spitter upper. Ultimately this provides a great space for my little one to safely roam around.The primary drawback is that the mat is made of foam. Ultimately I don’t believe it is sustainable/biodegradable. Because of the material, our cats scratch is and small chunks break off. This could be a choking hazard and something I’m constantly watching out for.I’d recommend purchasing this, but would pay more for a more sustainable option.

So this is a great value for the price. It was much larger than I thought it would be. And it has nice contrast which makes it interesting for my baby to look at. Folding it is relatively easy, although a little counter-intuitive (my boyfriend engages in a battle with it trying to figure out how to fold it up so that it wont break but... patience isn't his thing). The only really negative thing worth mentioning is that if you have cats, BEWARE. My cats immediately wanted to sit on it and sprint over it, and it took about 10 minutes before they had gauged their little toe beans into it creating holes everywhere. Alas, this was my fault and I should have known better. I would suggest coming armed with a spray bottle next to you if you have cats to deter them from the temptation of destroying your brand new beautiful play mat. On the plus side, it is reversible so I just flipped it over and have kept them away from the opposite side!Overall though, it was a nice buy and I'd purchase one again.

Loves the versatility of it , was able to switch sides to what design I want , and use it in playroom and I even used outside to protect my little one while playing! It’s super easy to wipe off and is really good quality! It folds up really portable and we even have taken it on trips for my baby to have a safe comfortable place to play on! There is no weird smell from packaging and doesn’t hold any smell like a carpet since you can just wipe it clean!

Great product for the price. Large area for kid(s) to roll around and play on. Easy to fold and unfold. As a few others mentioned, it likely will start to fall apart if dogs/cats are scratching, running, or playing on it but can’t really fault the product for that since it’s intended for kids.

It's spacious, easy to fold and store, thick enough to comfort baby and parents knees, easy to clean, and the pattern is super cute. However, I found a puncture hole after just 2 short uses. Now I can admit I'm mostly to blame, the legs on his toy piano have a corner that just got caught on the mat. However, I had hoped that it would be slightly more durable. After noticing the puncture, I pressed with my nail to test the material; it is very thin and could rip pretty easily under the pressure of babies particularly razor sharp fingernails or toys that aren't soft and smooth. Still a great product, but a caution to parents that it's not super durable.
