Perfect weather right now to test these out. I have had similar ones before and find them excellent in trying to keep cool. I saturate them and lightly wring them out, I don't mind a drip...... Then drape it carefully to maximise the surface area touching me around my neck and down onto my chest. They are so good at what they are meant to do. If they start to feel warm again and are still damp, then I give them a good shake and they feel cool again. Once dry, I re-saturate them with bottled water if need be, or a public water fountain. There are four in this set and the colours are lovely. I love the vibrant green. I am delighted with them. Recommended.
