Snap the nasal pillows into place
At first I got a lot of air leaks. Machine registered bad mask seal. I ordered an other brand because I was frustrated with the mask leak. I thought let me look again at the nasal pillows. It leaked air because I hadn't snapped it into place, only inserted the tabs. Once I snapped it into place, NO more air leaks. Will definitely buy again.

Worth the price, but some air leakage detected.
Thought I'd try this replacement set instead of the "name brand" I've used before. I can actually say that this frame (especially the head straps) provides a very comfortable fit. Other reviewers mention air leakage, and while I honestly didn't feel/hear any leakage, my CPAP machine indicated quite a bit of leakage. I'm not sure if these numbers mean anything to anyone, but with the original frame, I was scoring 90-100 (percent efficiency?), with minimal leakage. The best "score" I'm able to get from this product is 85. While that's quite a difference, the bottom line is that my spouse hasn't noticed any snoring at all, which is why I have a CPAP machine in the first place. So, while my numbers are down, I'm happy with this product - especially since there's two headgears in the package. Now, if they would throw in the nose pillows as part of the deal, that would be great.

Works better than the original
This strap for the air fit p10 nasal pillows is great because of the adjustability. The original would stretch out over time and there wasnโt much you can do about it. This product fixed that with an easy and simple solution. And the price is right!

Headgear does not stay secure on head, ruining nightly sleep
The worst headgear. Always comes off, hard to keep secure head and is hard to tighten and loosen.Wish I had my first headgear. These are not designed for the human head.

A real bargain. Fits perfectly.
I was concerned about the pieces all fitting together, since the plenum and headgear were different brands... but everything fits together just fine and fits my face perfectly! I'm 100% pleased with my purchase. No more leak!
