Installation was easy, including trimming the stairs to perfectly fit the space. Fit and stability were just what we expected.

This was purchased to give better access to the attic in the garage. The existing access requires using a ladder and getting older that's less of an option. This came with good instructions and handles the weight excellently. This seems to be well constructed, also. This was a bit more expensive than others advertised here and the shipping wasn't Prime available. It had to be shipped from the seller and was done by truck. Cost about 70 bucks which I didn't like. I am happy with the overall service, though. It was delivered well before the advertised delivery date (I did attach a note with the order requesting delivery as soon as possible as it was originally about a 2 week delivery date).

Easy to install. Instructions were well written. Should of got this years ago.

This is not bad but we had some issues installing. One of the braces that keeps the ladder straight was holding by a rivet and it was broken off in shipment. Tried to replace it with a rivet but but the largest rivet they sell at Lowe’s wouldn’t work. Ended up having a large screw with no threads on the end that worked great. Then we found out one of the bolts that screw the feet in was missing. So I had to find one that would fit.Update: The manufacture did contact me to offer replacement or to fix the issue. We had already worked through the issues and installed it. They still offered a $30 refund. So they are willing to work out any issues.

I love this ladder it is light weight and can be pulled down with one hand even by a short person, I'm 5'3''. I have bad shoulders and the wooden stairs were to heavy and hard to pull down so I had them removed and replaced with this. The is the second home that I've had them installed in. They are also very sturdy too. Highly recommended.

I'm glad the guys got this for the garage attic!Now it'll be easier to stored our Christmas item plus more!

Had this installed for the carport store room attic. Well made aluminum ladder with wood frame and flat wood panel, with hydraulic lifts similar to the rear deck of a car. Works great without springs being a concern. Make sure you order the correct width. The listing can be confusing.
