It's Tactical Tailor, made in the USA, good stitching. Holds my Pmags perfectly, makes it silent and easy to retrieve them from my chest rig. I ordered three of these instead of their three shingle panel because this way I get 6 MALICE clips to attach them so it's nice and secure, instead of four two the three mag panel.
