It's a handy tool and money saver .
The instructions for putting in the battery was a bit sketchy to say the least , I thought the first one was flawed and returned it for a replacement to find the same problem,but this time I got the battery set up on YOU TUBE which gave better details than the instruction leaflet, but now pleased with the product.

Impossible to open battery compartment !
Like a previous reviewer, I wish I'd read the reviews before purchasing, the battery compartment turns anti-clockwise as per opening instructions, but will not come out, I think perhaps it is a defective thread on the battery cover. I will be returning & will post a follow up review if I have any problems getting my refund. Take every other reviewers advice on this & DON'T buy, I won't be buying another Martindale product again !!!
