The design of these weights is interesting... there are 3 weights in the pack, each 8-inches in diameter, and based upon what you're using them with, you can stack multiple weights together to produce enough weight to ensure the food stays in full contact with the skillet or grill.I've used these with bacon (single weight) and with steaks that have a tendency to curl (multiple weights) and they work great. I didn't bother with the silicone handle for the weights and instead used my potholder when I needed to move them. After use, the weights cleaned up well. You can wash them in the dishwasher if you choose.The weights serve their intended purpose and are handy to have on hand. I would order these again, and have no reservations in recommending them to others.

weights are easy to use and easy to clean.Now that the weather is changing and we are cooking inside I wanted to get the grilled effective. I purchased a grill pan with the grill lines and I use the weights to sear the meat. Works perfectly.As an aside note they come in very attractive box for storage.10+++ Very satisfied with this product.

Great presentation box would make a good gift for the cook who has everything. These are great for bacon and more! Only thing we've found they aren't the best for are smash burgers.

These weights are good quality and work well for their intended use. Being able to stack multiple weights together depending on your needs is great. With all of the weights together they work well for a thick steak, while one is good for bacon and other thinner meats.The only thing I don't like about these is that all of the weights have the big slot in the middle. It's needed for the ones that stack on top to make room for the handle, but the bottom weight has the slot too, so it can't be used for smashing burgers or any other ground or otherwise not solid meats. I've even had a slice of bacon squeeze it's way into the slot, so it can be a little annoying at times.

its a piece of metal and does what a piece of metal does. i think that stacking feature is dumb.. would be 100% better if they simply offered 3 different weights... it makes cleaning annoying.

Great size and weight

I love me some meats and I've been loving this stackable set of weights for my grill sessions. The quality is fairly top-notch, and they do their job effectively. The steel is high quality and the weights work. However, I've got to admit that the stacking setup, while unique, does make them a bit trickier to clean. Nevertheless, when it comes to keeping bacon, and steaks flat on the grill or smashing burgers on the flat top, these weights get the job done and work well. Definitely helpful when you're delivering meats to the family.
