I didn't not take a before picture... who wants to see that? BUT, I started using these on Oct 25th on both of my large toes. I apologize for the TMI, but I bruise extremely easy and I had just thought a week or so prior that I had managed to get some small blue bruises on the sides of my toenails (possibly due to new boots/shoes). I covered with nail polish and went on my way. Took off nail polish a week later and it was very obvious that they were not just bruised and that I could scrape the "bruising" out from under my nails about halfway down my nail with ZERO discomfort... NOT a good sign.So, I ordered these pads and I (in tears cause of how gross they looked) cut both of my toenails down everywhere they were "bruised" looking, again no pain, and I did not cause any open cuts or sores. I started wrapping them in these pads and just left them on all day and changed them every night before bed. I have done that for 10 days and the improvement is insane. Yes, they will need to grow back out, but they are already greatly improved!Here's the kicker... I came online to order more as I know you are supposed to treat the fungus for quite a while even if it looks like they are healed (mine are NOT healed yet! they just look a ton better!)And I realized there is NO active ingredient in these. You are supposed to use a liquid medicine with them and the Hydrogel is supposed to keep the medicine "moist" (sorry!) and active on your nail for a longer period. I am going to order the liquid today with my refill of the wraps. But, I'm telling you guys, maybe it was just that I cleaned them really well first and then kept them fully wrapped 24/7, except for my showers, but JUST these wraps really seemed to make a significant change.Bottom line, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND using these with your treatment, I can only imagine how much faster they would be healing if I had actually used the liquid from day #1 as well!!

I've been fighting fungus on one toe for several years as a result of too much polish for too long. It comes and goes and I've tried topical over-the-counter meds and prescription meds. The OTC was a brush-on and while it was easy to use, it took forever to work. The prescription was drops and they were also easy, but VERY EXPENSIVE - like $45 a tiny bottle - and the instructions were to use for a year! That would have been 12 x $45! And it didn't work any better than the OTC. Then I decided to try these patches. I've only been using them for a week and I already see results. There is new nail about halfway up! I'm very excited. I can see this working in maybe two months total, and then using the stuff maybe once a week to keep it from coming back. It's a liquid that you apply and let dry and then you put on the patch. The only annoyance is putting on the patch. It is VERY STICKY and if you get another toe wrapped up in it, it's a pain to peel it off. But once it's on I don't even feel it. I sleep with it every night and sometimes forget to remove it in the a.m. So sometimes it's on me for longer than 8 hours, maybe 12 or 14. But it's working and that's all I care about! I highly recommend this product.

Save your money, they don't work at all. I saw no change at all. Waste of money.

I’ve repurchased these patches a few times. I started wearing in April and with using the liquid treatment, my nail has almost completely grown out the bad nail. I would recommend these patches with the liquid as a treatment for the common fungal nail issues.

I want to say these make a difference, but I really can’t tell. I have a nail that has never recovered from a bad fungal infection. When using these patches, the nail appears healthier.. but I’m not sure if it’s just because it’s from moisture. Nails affected by fungus are very dry and brittle and after using a patch over night, my nail visually looks darker and slightly healthier.. but I haven’t seen any actual improvement that makes me believe it’s actually healing anything.

These pads worked better than a name brand one I send prescription liquid for a year and it was no help. Tried the name brand for about 6 months. It just softened the nail. I used these for about a month and my nail is healed. I used it on two toes because the next toe got it and they are both healedI also left them on all day from shower to shower and put a new one on after I showered and left it on until next shower. That is not what the instructions said, just what I did and it worked.
