I loved this set but the instructions were missing. After contacting them, the seller sent me the charts!! Absolutely ecstatic as I LOVE the pattern. Can highly recommend. Supar product and great service. many thanks :)

I only got 2 hoops and not 4. The hoops were also not big enough to fit all the design. I wanted to use the hoops as frames but had to order 10” hoops x 4 to get all the design inside the edge.Further to what I said already my 10” hoop just turned up and it’s too big. The 8” hoops do fit the design but are so tight to the edge it can’t be worked. 9” hoop on its way and 2 extra 8” hoops for frames. I have also noted that one of the embroidery colours (606) is missing.

The hoops are too small for the pattern, the threads do not match the colours on the instructions and there are not enough threads to complete all four patterns. Overall very disappointing, definitely not for beginners.

I'm just starting out doing embroidery, this was my second set to try, the design looked great online, but the design is too large for the hoops provided. The instructions are not clear, the colours don't match up.Very disappointed compared to the first set I brought.
