I just love this backpack! It's so adorable without being in-your-face cutesy. The material is thick, sturdy, & feels like it'll be waterproof/water resistant. The backstraps are thickly padded & are very comfortable. The photos in the description are accurate in how many pockets there are in this thing! I was wondering why there were clasps on the side just above the side pockets, then realized how well they kept the backpack from flopping open when I got something out of the main compartment. Nice! My travel water bottle fits great in the side pocket which has a drawstring to tighten it up. The pink fluffball keyring is okay. I'm not a fan of pink & I'm not sure why it's got a ballerina on it. It's very soft, though & the lobster claw hook would be nice for hanging something else off. I'll probably give it to my mom & get a different one for this backpack. Something with a cat on it. And, best of all, all of the zipper pulls are cute little kitty faces!! Those are the kind of touches that take something from good to great!

This is a quality backpack. Seams well made, zippers smooth, plenty of padding, and most of all really spacious. This could work for any age. It is also very cute. 5 out of 5 stars, I highly recommend.
