I love this. Easy to set up. My son had an accident some years ago and has extensive medical hx. This gives me the peace of mind when I am not with him that others will get the info needed if anything were to happen.I would like a credit card style to go with the necklace just in case he loose the necklace.

The emblem is very hard to see and doesn't scan unless you point it towards a white background and scan it just right. The chain is very very very cheap and almost impossible to clasp. I had it off my neck and I still struggled to get it together. I also had an issue setting up the information. The necklace was already setup (used) by someone else even though I bought it new so I had to wait for someone in China to get my email and reset the account.

Easy to setup online once you download the app and sync the code. Brilliant idea when so much medical info to enter. Virtually unlimited data fields. I bought the necklace too. It’s for my wife and works great.

Well made tag. The chain itself is a little flimsy so I did end up buying a thicker chain, but the tag is sturdy.

First of all, this is not a cheap, flimsy design. It's sturdy, yet lightweight. No fear of breaking or bending.But most importantly, the amount of medical information that it can hold is mindboggling. I have a heart condition, but I'm allergic to aspirin which is the first thing EMS will try to give me. So, there's one ID alert I have to have. I also have cancer, so I need an alert to tell them I have a central port and where it's located. I'm on three types of chemo, and they need to know that, too. I'd have to wear a ton of medical ID necklaces for everything, but with this, I don't. Just one and done! It's great and a HUGE weight off my mind. I could even plug in emergency contact names & numbers, as well as my doctors' information. I'll never go back to the old kind with limited characters.

This will save a incredible amount of time if ever needed in an emergency

I had a medical bracelet that just had a couple words on it because the texts for those things, especially necklaces are really limited and wouldn’t let me put all that I needed to put. I found this while scrolling trying to find one that would work for me. I saw the good reviews and decided to give it a try, it’s AMAZING. It lets you know to try it on first and test it before setting up the QR code and password. It was the easiest set up ever. It has certain areas to put what you need to put in case of an emergency. Like important notes that they’ll need to see first when scanning the QR code, it allows you to add photos which I used to put pictures of my family in case they needed to know what they looked like to confirm they’re my family.It lets you put your doctors name, phone number, etc. blood type, diagnosis’s, past medical procedures, past diagnosis’s, medicines, life saving medicines on hand or that they might need, etc. It’s amazing and I’m glad I decided to buy it. They also sent me a email a couple days after I received it just to follow up and make sure everything was going well and that I liked it, they were kind and sincere in the email. As well as they added cute and also funny tiny gifs that show their effort in making sure everything is okay. You won’t regret buying this.
