This product was purchased for me by my husband, probably as he’s getting tired of my menopausal mood swings!!Absolutely without a doubt feel happier in myself and overall less stressed and moody! I did suffer with night sweats which seem to have improved, although I do get the occasional one! Some of the ingredients clash with other supplements I take, I’m not a fan of large combinations so I’ll be taking these irregularly unfortunately.If I feel any benefit I will report back. Fine to take.

I came across Womeno by chance and its been such a game changer. Used these for a month, friends had rated them. But didn't notice am different in energy or sleeping pattern. Might work for others but not for me.
