The media could not be loaded.  I selected this fountain because it doesn't use filter pads, is heavy and sturdy, easy to wipe clean, has a motion sensor included, and it can be set up in different configurations. I could only include one video so that is the noise level from about three feet while set up as suggested in the directions. My cat seems to prefer more water to bat at so I am currently trying just two tiers which gives a longer and noisier water drop. It's a little loud this way so I put it in the utility room. The glossy ceramic finish is pretty but does collect dust from the concrete floor so this isn't an ideal location for it.This model is not inexpensive up front but doesn't require pricy replacement filers every month like many others so the value is worthwhile. It came extremely well packaged and included a matching ceramic cat grass grower and packet of seed which I will plant later. Bottom line is it was a good investment and our cat is starting to get used to it since there is no longer a dripping bathtub faucet to play with. :-)

I ordered 2 of these fountains and the pumps went out on both within 2 months! I never let it run low enough for the pump to run dry. My cats loved it, but it's just an $80 paperweight now. The fountain is nice, but the pump is extremely cheap and died quickly.

This cat fountain is very well made, and a unique design compared to the typical cat fountain. It’s quiet, and comes with a motion sensor which we love! It would be great for multiple cats.

The tube stopped carrying water up a few times but after sticking the motor to the base and attaching the tube to the very end of both the nozzle and the pump it started working like a charm! I really like it, very quiet when there's enough water, and a slight hum when it needs refilled. I do really like this and I look forward to not needing to buy filters every couple of months

I think that this is such a beautiful little fountain. I have had it for about 2 months now. I haven't had any issues with the pump and if I notice that I am hearing the pump more or water isn't flowing, it has only been because it needs more water. I've only seen my cat drink from it once, but he does love the thing and complains if it is not plugged in and running. So, I think he probably uses it more than I've noticed. My two dogs love to drink from it as well. Now because of them I do have to clean and fill it pretty frequently, but that is life with dogs. Overall we seem to be very happy with the fountain, aesthetically as well as functionally.

Not 100% sure how this works but if I can get it to work correctly it would be a good fountain. I have the 3 tower fountains & the main one where the water spouts through the tube will work off & on. It will stop & the 3 towers dry out, its not consistently running. Is this supposed to operate like this? I've chanced the water flow & still doing the same, & the fountain will work when I picked up the sensor think (I assume it's a sensor). Just doesn't appear to run all the time like past fountains I have had. I sent a msg to the company asking for help, hope they respond

This fountain is an absolute Bastet-sent lifesaver for my kitties, and a major worry /wallet saver for their hooman slaves!! If you are considering a pet fountain, I can say with absolute confidence and decades of experience that this is the best one available. With 4 cats (currently) in the household and zero willing to drink standing water, I have been through vet visits for dehydration, canceled vacations, and nearly every cat fountain design imaginable. Most fountains will require filters which are special or proprietary, very expensive (or from questionable sources!?), and get nasty way too quickly. On top of that, it's almost impossible to keep the entire units clean with all their jointed nooks, crannies, perforated and /or plastic surfaces that collect slime. THIS fountain is so much healthier for my kids as it is filter-less, incredibly scuzz-resistant, and easy to clean (hint: I use Dr Bronners soap by hand, or no soap in the dishwasher to keep my furry ones safe, and an old toothbrush to clean the pump intake mesh!). It also looks and sounds beautiful... I frequently and sincerely admire it as a fine decorative piece, and it and makes only a pleasant and quiet trickle which entices the cats like crazy! If I could give infinite stars on this product review and the ingenuity behind it I would!!

This water fountain would be perfect if the pump actually worked as intended and advertised. In reality, the defective fountain we received did not flow water properly NOR did it come with the cat grass. We followed the instructs, have taken it apart, reassembled it, adjusted the pump portion, everything, and this product will not even drip down to the second ledge. Waste of money.
