I had an issue with my teapot lid, in that the 'handle' part broke off on the first use, but the customer service I received in response to this was possibly the best I've ever experienced in my life. Not only did the lovely lady at Tamume get back to me within an hour of receiving my message, I was given a generous coupon off my next purchase, assured of a full refund AND she also took the time to reassure me that the fault would have been due to a knock or trauma to the teapot in transit and not as a result of the heat from my first batch of tea, a concern I had felt but not voiced, as she knew I was planning on re-purchasing the same pot. Her manner was also charming and friendly.I have ordered my replacement pot with pleasure today. Apart from the initial hiccup, the pot is a beauty and I think very well-priced too. Highly recommended! Thank you Elizabeth once again for the superstar service, give that woman a raise!

Its alot smaller than i expected but the quality is good and sturdy. Already dropped it, and it didn't break.

Imagine my disappointment when my beautiful new teapot lost its handle.I'm still using the pot though the lid and filter tumbled out and broke.5 star immaculate before this happened.

The warmer is too small for the larger teapot sold on the same listing. The teapot sits on the glass rim of the warmer, not the metal plate and as such it doesn't allow enough air circulation into the warmer. The holes on the sides of the warmer only work if the hot air gets expelled out the top. The tea light will burn until it runs out of oxygen which takes only 10-20 seconds.

Perfect have hung them in my windows useing hanging basket chains and put a 3 inch candle in each . They look great .

Just pleased to find some saucers I just ordered them only to find out they were tiny but I loved them so I kept them they are glass espresso size brilliant mistake
