Regardless of the size of the magnum you are limited to no more than two per side. In other words, remove six bottle inserts for two magnum. Which leaves space left over on the side resulting in much less secure travel and breakage. (A broken magnum has a lot of wine it in, I can tell you from expirence). It’s easier to take all the inserts out, wrap the magnums in towels and put three in each side. And you save $120. I wish these could be returned as it was a mistake to purchase

Suitcase great, magnum inserts worthless
While I love the suitcase and have used it several times successfully, these inserts are worthless. Regardless of the size of the magnum you are limited to no more than two per side. In other words, remove six bottle inserts for two magnum. Which leaves space left over on the side resulting in much less secure travel and breakage.
