Received a used wallet in horrible condition
I received a used wallet in horrible condition, direct from the seller (Bellroy). The product packaging seal was open, the wallet shows signs of wear on the edges, and the sleeves for cards are all stretched in such a way that my cards will not stay in the wallet.Beyond all that, I’m just disappointed with the quality of the wallet. For the price, I’d expect better materials, but the leather is so thin and papery. Truly this is not at all worth the cost.It’s also just a massive wallet. Absurdly large.I do not recommend this product at all.

Bad quality, but good customer service
I only bought it 40 days ago, but it was broken. Bad quality than my last Bellroy wallet. Sad for not being able to return.I tried to contact Bellroy customer service, and I got very good service and returned it successfully. that is why I give it 4 stars.

A little disappointed:(
I've been using the same bellroy for over 5 years. I love it! It's held up amazing, still looks and functions great, but I just wanted a change so I bought this one. The ONLY reason I'm giving it 2 stars is because it looks beautiful. The colors are great amd the design is very unique. That's all though.It feels cheap and flimsy compared to my other bellroy. Everything feels very lose. I carry about 4 cards with me, and I had to double up compartments because the card slot is lose and pliable. I tried rearranging things several ways, and cards would fall out. There's no premium feel to the wallet. I feel like it needs a solid skeleton or stiffer leather for it to be practical.Again it's a beautiful wallet, which is why I'm keeping it, it's just very disappointing compared to what I had from the same company.

Doesn't hold advertised amount of cards
Likey title says, this wallet doesn't hold the advertised amount of cards, it technically does but it doesn't close properly. For the price I expected better, the quality don't suit it's price either

Seriously, it gives me joy
I hate most Bellroy stuff because the company is known for their stuff falling apart. I talked a ton of trash about this wallet because of the price but then I needed an RFD wallet and took a chance on it knowing I could return it when I hated it. jokes on me, I didn't hate it. What's worse, I actually love it. The most cringe part of it all, the damn thing actually gives me a small spark of joy every time I open it. It's stupid because it's a wallet but man I love using this thing.
