TOOGOO(R) New Tenor Trombone Gig Bag Lightweight Case Black

I love this bag. Yes, it's cheap, but if all you're looking for is a way to transport your instrument (probably best for a small-bore jazz horn) from your bedroom/practice room to the gig with the least amount of weight, this fits the bill. The bag is also about six inches shorter than most gig bags and soft cases, which makes it even more low-profile. And, you can fold it and stash it pretty much anywhere during the gig. Granted, the material offers little protection or padding, but the slide pouch is separate from the bell pouch, which is adequate if you plan to immediately take out the horn when you get to the gig and put it on a stand. The only improvement I would make would be to add a small zipper pouch virtually anywhere on the outside of the bag. But, at less than $20, I can hardly quibble about features. I don't expect the bag to last, but at this price, I'll simple order a backup or two. It's all I really need.

My grandson loves it. I got it so he would have a lighter instrument to transport to and from school. He can also carry it like a backpack.
