Don't have to use alot of shampoo or conditioner so last for a long time

I've never been particularly fussy about shampoos. When I was a child they didn;t exist, certainly not in my house, we used whatever soap was on the side of the bath. Then, as a teenager, I found shampoos became a Thing, and I opted for one with a lemony scent, that I could buy in a sachet for a few pence. Now we're bombarded with dozens of different ones that claim to do all manner of wondrous things to all manner of hair types. My hair is short(ish) very thick and grey, and whilst I'm not really out to impress anyone, I do like one that smells good to me.This particular shampoo comes in a large skittle-shaped bottle with a pump action top, which is very easy to use, and I have to tell you I just love the smell. It's a warm smell which reminds me of butterscotch. Yes, weird, but that's what it makes me think of. A small amount is all I need for my hair, it lathers well and rinses out well. I never, ever, do it twice – that's a marketing ploy to get you to use more and therefore spend more. Don't be fooled – you need shampoo only once.I show my wet hair a hair dryer for a couple of minutes then let nature do the rest. The result is a mop of thick, shiny, clean hair which, my family tells me, smells gorgeous. I can't tell because it's too short to reach my nose.Apparently it's full of all sorts of fabulous ingredients, has not been tested on animals (good!) and claims, amongst other things, to repair split ends, protect hair against harmful UV rays, and protect colour.So, it smells good, it does what any shampoo should do but that price! Ouch!Sorry, you lose a point for that price. Much as I like it, it really is no better than dozens of other shampoos.

When ordering a quality and not cheap item, I expect it to arrive safe and sound, but!!! I received shampoo from the GK Hair brand in poor condition, it was clearly previously opened and diluted by someone. Since there were streaks on the bottle of shampoo and the consistency was very liquid, it should not be like that. Because this is not the first time I order from this brand and the shampoo was thick, but this time everything is the opposite! I am very outraged 😡 Why is this problem not controlled, why don't they put some kind of "seal" or pack it in such a way that a person is sure that the product has not been opened before and it really corresponds to the quality and the price for which he paid. Now it is not clear how high-quality and real the product is in its structure, since it is diluted 😡😡 It is not fair to pay such an amount! Please fix this problem! Or provide feedback to the manufacturer so that they can make some kind of seal on the bottle directly at the production site so that no one opens it during transportation and delivery, thank you!

I received this item as part of the Amazon Vine programme when it was priced at £34.99 for a 650ml bottle.I was a little disappointed to find that the bottle has leaked in transit and it appeared that the leak had occurred through a faulty seal on the push dispenser. I subsequently tested how effective the seal was and found that under pressure, there was a very small leak but this has in no way affected either storage at home or the pump action.I must admit that I am a grey haired man whose hair is not coloured, however my hair is extremely dry and has become brittle as I have aged. I have tried numerous products for my hair, but find conditioners irritate my scalp unless rinsed out to excess, to the point I query whether any is left on my hair.As my hair is short, I find a small amount is more than sufficient to wash my hair, with two pumps for the initial wash, rinse and a very small amount for a further wash and rinse. This seems to work well for me. Longer hair would obviously require more and it is in that regard I raise the issue of price; albeit this product is cheaper than the one my wife uses ml for ml.So far I have not noticed any real difference in my hair although it does feel slightly less dry and I have not been subject to any irritation.I have deducted one star on price and a further star for the fact that the item leaked in transit due to a faulty seal on the pump.

Grear shampoo. This is what my hairdresser uses on me and my hair looks thick and shiny afterwards. Great protection in the sun too

First impressions are important as we all know, and at this price it really needs to ooze premium quality because the majority of people are going to simply buy a cheaper product.My first impression was that the bottle looks great but on closer inspection I noticed that it had begun to leak from around the pump. So there appears to be a fault or design flaw with the cap, I would definitely recommend not putting it into a suitcase/bag etc where it might end up leaking all over your stuff. Once I wiped away the leakage the pump functions normally while upright.The shampoo itself smells really good and using it to wash your hair is a pleasant experience as you can easily dispense the amount of shampoo you need with the pump. As a glasses user who cannot see very well while showering this is really helpful. It leaves my hair looking shiny and healthy and I'm happy enough to continue using it daily for the foreseeable future as the bottle is massive.This is a hairdresser quality product and while I personally wouldn’t pay this much for a shampoo it is a good product let down by a bottle that has a tendency to leak. And as the product is very expensive per ml, any you lose to that leak hurts the overall value of the entire bottle. I am only deducting a star simply because of the leaky pump as I know the product is priced at an acceptable level for someone wanting professional level shampoo.
