This item is sooo much better than I thought it was going to be. Really looks antique even the pages. Which seem thick and great quality. I always hated getting leather journals like this and have super white pages idk.Leather is great quality also. It’s honestly the best one I have ever gotten nd I have gotten a bunch in the past. The only issue I can even write about is it does have a tiny smell to it but other reviews say it will wear off pretty quickly.Also too add I rarely write reviews but I had to on this item. I am so excited I went ahead nd ordered it.

Please pay attention to the dimensions in the description, not the picture with the lady writing, it’s deceiving.

I wanted a recipe journal that I could use to document my Brunswick stew and other successes and maybe failures. This is perfect, many lined pages, very vintage look and well made. I am giving both of my sons one also. They have acquired my love of cooking and I hope all our journals will be passed down and treasured. This is a quality journal for a very reasonable price.

The leather is really nice. Really like the paper. It has kind of an old school feel and look. Great for Journaling!

This was a very nice journal I really liked how it looked, looked like an old vintage book with the aged paper :) and the leather was a nice touchHowever when my good friend Julie who had suggested to me I get a journal as it would help, when she turned on me and ended a great close friendship we had after 4 years being in one anothers lives making me feel like I meant nothing at all, I was so deviated I ripped all the pages out, and stomped on this journal. No fault of Amazon's though lol.A very quality nice looking journal. Highly recommend
