Must have for remote workers
Amazing. Active voice isolation is so useful, my gf is Latina and it’s a mad house and I work from home. The team never hears the f bombs and the abuse I take at home. It also has active noise cancellation so I don’t hear it either. Also super comfortable. Totally worth it. Important is the plug and play compatibility. I never have to configure anything it just works on Mac and windows

Great Quality
I was looking for a microphone for work and this one is amazing! The noise cancellation has helped tremendously and very easy to use! Happy to have purchased this product.

Warning to remote workers. Mic cuts in and out. Tried everything, but it's just a broken product.
Hi All, sadly this headset is really flawed and was a huge time suck. I feel I need to warn other remote workers about it because the most basic function required for it doesn't work. Like a scuba tank that doesn't flow oxygen, or a pen that doesn't write, this headset's microphone doesn't work - rendering it a useless piece of plastic. My roommate and I both work in IT and are fully remote. We both use Windows PCs (different brand laptops) and use MS Teams for collaboration. Prior to this headset I was using a cheap-o $20 Logitech basic headset. It worked great for 5 years but picks up a lot of background noise, the drop of a pen, neighbors vacuuming, etc. This prompted an upgrade opportunity for a headset with "noise cancelling" mics. After studying tons of reviews and review videos, I landed on this "Jabra Evolve 2 50 - Teams certified version" as an upgrade. It cost me $113 (five times the cost of the Logitech basic). I used it for a week and the noise cancelling was like magic! Co-workers on video calls couldn't hear me tapping on the desk or anything but could hear my voice clearly. I was amazed, so happy, and recommended it to my roommate, who also bought one. Shortly thereafter co-workers starting having to tell me "yah we couldn't hear you, your mic was cutting out!" I ignored it as a fluke, then it kept happening, once or twice per day. My roommate reported the same thing. OMG. This is terrible and a deal breaker for any remote worker who has meetings, presentations, etc. Being in IT, we tried everything, every settings tweak, etc., nothing worked. Then scouring reddit posts, I found a thread where many other people were complaining about the exact same thing with Jabra noise cancelling headsets. I'm so sad that me and my roommate are now stuck with a product that doesn't perform the most basic required function. I mean who cares about noise cancelling if it cancels out your own voice! :( I'm going to try out another brand. Hope this review helps someone.

Cord is to short BUT...
Cord is to short BUT I can hear myself when speaking to customer (really well) . The sound is great to, his base but it really is comfortable for about 7 hours straight. After that anything would become an irritant, but doen't "hurt". Very light weight and still condenses or lessens back ground noise. Not as good as an over the ear cuz it's not an over the ear, but surprisingly does lessen certain sounds. Definitely with the money. Makes me want the cordless but reviews are not as good so now sticking with these.

Good for the price
Comfortable, works well, and a great value for the money. Noise canceling isn’t exceptional but with music is masks office noise well. I appreciate these fitting my lager head without discomfort.

Excellent speaker and mic noise cancelling
I bought this for my office, which typically has multiple people on conference calls at their cubicle desks throughout the day, and out HVAC equipment can be loud. I was looking for a headset with good mic cancelling for stopping background noise from getting through my mic, and good headphone noise cancelling so that I could hear others on my calls.I’ve found this headset to hit all the marks above. I’m surprised at how loud my office is when I take them off! I haven’t noticed my mic registering any background noise or feedback, even when a coworker two cubes over is on the same call and talking. I’m surprised how good the headphone canceling is for on-ear headphones. The headphone voice sound quality is great; that’s the reason I went with wired over wireless. I’ve had no complaints about the mic quality.Comfort is good. I have a big head and wear glasses, and while these aren’t as comfy as over ear headphones, I can wear them for a couple of hours before they become uncomfortable. I’m not on calls all day though, and I usually switch to my AirPods to listen to music or podcasts between calls. That said, music sounds fine on these headphones; I’m not expecting any audiophile quality, but they’re much better than the Logitech Zone 125 headphones I had.I got the UC USB-C version, and moving the boom mic up to mute works with Google Meet.Overall, I’d recommend this for anyone who takes calls at their desk sporadically through the day in an occasionally noisy office. This is a good all-around headset.

Outstanding
I have been searching for a proper headset as I had been struggling when making business calls in the very busy office I work in. My preferences were good Mic quality so the people I call not getting disturbed by the background noise. I preferred to get a wired set because wireless one isn’t always reliable especially when battery is running low. Also, I like plug and connect without struggling with bluetooth settings in a middle of an urgent call.Having said that, the outcome was outstanding. The mic eliminates the noice almost 100% and the its quality is perfect. The ANC isn’t perfect for me but it works anyway. I chose Teams compatible set and it works just perfectly. On the other hand, it doesn’t get you that experience for music or podcasts, however, that wasn’t crucial for me as long as the primary reason behind getting such set is achieved. Overall, it’s recommended for businesses calls and meetings and it works perfectly in the busy and noisy environments.
