This hat is hot, your head will stay warm, I wear a 7-5/8 hat, and this XL hat is about as snug as that hat. Under the ear flap is a small grommet for an ear hole, the front viser is held up by two buttons., the stitching is excellent, the fur is soft, free of odor, made in China, and better quality than I expected, the fur does shed lightly.

Better material and construction than I expected, and the size is right on. I would definitely recommend this brand.
