This hanging bracket is very sturdy and well over the weight capacity needed and very inexpensive.

I have a home gym that has gotten better equipped during the pandemic. These brackets are made of high quality steel which is great because I didn't want to skimp. They were easy to install into the wood beams, just used a drill to make the holes. You can use it with a heavy weight bag or other exercise equipment, I use it with a cable pulley system and my wife uses it with her resistance bands. This is something you have to have in your home gym, especially if it's the size of a garage!

The media could not be loaded.  It can be moved back and forth like a swing. So whatever is attached will have some movement.I hang heavy chicken feeders and not a big deal if they move. I imagine if you hang something very heavy it wouldn't matter one way or the other.They are strong hangers. Lag screws are 2.5 inches long.
