… but I was hoping they wouldn’t be. Beautiful lights that cast a pattern on the surface around them. They have a lovely warm light. The bulb is attached to the underside of the solar lid. Really, quite lovely. The first picture is of one of the lamps on a smooth paving slab; the other, on a textured table. I did consider hanging from a tree, but I really like the pattern on a surface.

Look good, light up well even in dual days they absorb enough light, take a good battering from the weather and still working well, produce enough light for what we need it for

These look lovely in the garden, not as bright as it shows in the picture, but ok.

I purchased a set of four from a garden centre about a year or so ago they no longer work on checking the internal battery box a lot of rust which I cleaned I also cleaned the terminals checked the batteries after a charge in a battery charger I replaced them but the lights (all 4) no longer work. I guess they have a shelf life so we shall see how this new set fair over the next year.
