The quality of this is really good considering the price, and I really value the adjustable length, as it allows me to gradually build up the more I use it. There were no bent needles, and it also comes with a cover for them. I have been using it for a couple of days so far, and it seems quite good, but of course results are expected to be seen after consistently doing so for some time. The only downside of this product is the packaging - it was quite flimsy and poor quality, but the actual product was not damaged. I would recommend buying this as an average customer!

This set is fantastic value for money. I got it, as I already had been gifted a derma roller for a burn scar and noticed a massive improvement, but I wanted a set that had attachments suitable for my face. I had a lovely "pothole" on the tip of my nose, thanks to a Rudolf-type spot from last year! It did not want to budge, even when I tried using AHA/BHAs. But after 2 months of micro-needling I noticed my skin evened out. It's also made my laugh lines fade (my lines were fine, but noticeable initially). I've been microneedling in the evening every 2- 3 weeks give or take, and then I use cheap hyaluronic acid serum followed by moisturising cream. My advice would be to sanitise after every use with at least 70% rubbing alcohol. Routinely doing this will mean nothing (and worse- be harmful) if you're penetrating your skin barrier with germs and old dead skin!

skin is looking better , good value , easy grip handle , hurts like hell but it’s meant too- get some numbing cream!

Surprisingly small, very low quality and brittle. The adjuster broke after 1 use and I was not able to repair it so I discarded it and purchased from a different brand. Avoid.

Tolles Set, jedoch nichts für unwissende. Die Anwendung ist superleicht, hat meiner Haut sehr gut getan & sie ist bedeutend porenfreier & fülliger geworden. Pickel ebenfalls ade! Nur bitte Mädels & Jungs, vorsichtig anwenden! Desinfiziert es vor Benutzung gründlich, ebenfalls danach. Ihr verletzt die Haut & somit ist für Bakterien freie Fahrt. Ebenfalls zu beachten: LEICHTER Druck!
