Could this be used on a 6 year olds bike or would it be too big?

Does this bike seat fit any bike?

probably not. But it does have the adjustable clamp connector with a nut on each side of it that you typically see on most bicycle seats. I had to customize it for my bicycle. It kept leaning backwards more and more, so I put a cross bar under the back bottom of the backrest bars so that it sits on the back fender and stays in place.
