Hot Iron, GREAT TIGHT CLIP get one....worth the money!
Love the product EXCEPT for one thing....the cord swivels which is wonderful but the BIG swivel on the cord causes it to flip the iron over onto it's side and off it's little built on stand. So if you don't use a silicone pad under it...it will burn a discolored place on your vanity or melt whatever it touches!!!I would recommend a design change on the swivel in the electrical cord. The iron is hot and easy to use and clips hair tightly so it stays against the iron and curls better. Always use a thermal protectant when using hot hair appliances. Buy it...it works!!!

Purchased
Makes very pretty waves in my hair. Be careful it becomes very hot. The accessories are very helpful. Great investment for the price. Wavy hair is always a great style. I used to braid my hair after a shower to get the wavy look to my hair. Now I can create the waves and not have to sleep with uncomfortable braids in my hair.

It's a waver
It does what it says it does. However the thicker the hair the harder it is to hold. It's also super heavy so after 5 minutes my arm is tired. Nice looking.

Subpar Curling Iron
The handle on this curling iron is huge! Much thicker than any other curling iron I've ever used, and that made it difficult to hold. The other major flaw is that the clasp is SO difficult to open. As in extremely difficult. The screws didn't bother me because my Conair has screws and this curling iron is also the same length as my Conair. Also note that there are only two heat temperature options. I bought this one for international travel, as it is 110-240V, but it is much too difficult to operate.I love, love, love the K&K Curling Iron that I bought instead. It's 100-240V, easy to operate, no screws to be mindful of, and the longer barrel is amazing for medium to long hair! Did I mention that it also lets you control the temp with 2 degree increments?!

110-220 Handy Curling Iron That Packs up Small
My primary reasoning for getting this was that it has a dual voltage setting so it can be used while traveling to countries that run on 220 volt power OR 110 AND you can pack it away neatly by detaching the pieces. This is such a useful option to have whether you're trying to save space or use a smaller bag.It gets pretty hot but depending on the type of hair you have, you may need this. Thin, fine hair can get away with lower temperatures and thick/course hair requires higher temps like 350-400 degrees so this curling iron really can be used for a multitude of hair types.I normally like a fatter barrel curling iron but 1" is the minimum I'll use because depending on how you wrap your hair, you can still make a fatter curl with a 1" barrel. I like that it comes as a "kit" with including clips. You can never have too many hair clips to help with using heat tools. All in all, this is a great find!****As a product tester for Amazon, I take pride in offering honest and dependable reviews of products so that anyone thinking about purchasing this product gets a fair assessment of functionality and quality. There's a reason for the glove
This iron works. It heats up quickly and it's good on thick hair. I would caution use on thin hair due to the level of heat and yes, there's a reason they provide a heat protection glove ... brush against this thing with bare skin and you'll get burned. But that will happen with any curling iron and not all of them work on thick hair as well as this one.As for being portable, well it's not really much smaller than any other curling iron so there's no gain on that front. But if you want something that heats up really quickly and gets really hot then this one's for you. And use the glove!

Hot like I like
These are great for some beautiful curls. I like that it clamps to the curl like back in the day. They do get really hot so be careful with the heat settings.

Doesn't get very hot
Seems to work OK although I have to remove one star because it doesn't get as hot as I expected.Otherwise it's well built and well packaged. Beware this triple barrel curler is good for light waves but not for heavy hair curling.

Quick, hot hot heat.
Looks and feels like a nice heavy professional curling iron. I was surprised however to first open the case to see it was apart in two pieces. To put it back in its storage bag, it has to be disassembled again. Only takes a second, but I found that weird.Functionally, the iron heats up quickly and gets very hot (as it should). The cord is a decent length so you don’t have to huddle around the plug. The addition of a heat protectant glove was a nice touch. Me personally, I won’t be using it. But if my wife asks me for help, I won’t blink twice to put on the glove. Lol.I’ve been told it would be nice to turn the heat down slightly for sensitive hair, but it does work. Overall, we have a beautiful new curling iron that will only occasionally get used, but I’m confident this will stick around for a long time. 4/5As always, I will update my review in the future if my opinion on the product changes.~J

Heats fast and easy to use
My wife tried this out. She said that it worked well and heated fast. It gets hot, but not too hot. She found it easy to use and she was pleased with the results. I was too.We both felt that the detachable handle felt a little cheap on its own but it does feel solid when attached. The spring felt really solid and should last.

Too hot
With three long-haired women in the family, it's just too hot. It's nice that you can take this apart, and curling irons obviously need to be hot. But, it seems to cause hair to sizzle, and potentially burn because it just gets too hot, even on the lower setting. And because it gets so hot, the clamp lever gets too hot as well. This needs a little bit less current to be useful, unfortunately.
