I use these protective cut resistant sleeves when I volunteer at my local animal shelter. Prior to purchasing these sleeves I would come home with arms scratched by the cats and dogs. It is not that the dogs and cats are aggressive, but when you are picking up or playing with over 85 animals in a day you come home with a few scratches from the interactions. Well with these sleeves...no more accidental scratches! They are comfortable too. I wear them over 6 hours when I volunteer!

These sleeves arrived in a vacuum pack with no instructions or labeling. They have a tag on the outside of the sleeve which is very odd and you can either leave it there for the entire world to look at all the time, or try to very carefully remove it.The tag has some very bizarre symbols for washing instructions on it. The one symbol I could not find anywhere on the internet. I finally decided it was their own personal symbol for hand wash only since in their ad they mention that these can only be hand washed. They also must be air dried - not machine dried. I feel they really should have come with some kind of a care sheet included and not just a simple tag with non-universal symbols on them.They fit fairly well. They don't have a lot of stretch or give to them so plan on them fitting you exactly as they arrive or not at all. You can't pull them up any higher and can only stretch them a little bit if your arm is bigger then what they are. They do work well to defeat punctures and protect your arm. I really am torn between giving them a 3.5 or a 4 star review and finally went to a 4 star with some reservations.
