My daughter is 7 1/2. She is slender (50 lbs) but not exceedingly tall (50 in) so we typically have a difficult time finding pants that fit. If the waist fits, the length is short and if the length is good, the waist is too big. I ordered a size 6-7 and it fits just fine around the waist. The dress is tea length and the slip is just long enough that is falls just above the hem of the dress. I had her try it on tonight with the dress and it seems to provide enough coverage that we can't see her undies through the dress (at least not how we could before!). So far, I am pleased with the purchase (although, why is it so hard to find slips for kids now????).

The length is about 18 inches the description doesn't state how long the slip is but descriptions put it at a child's knees but on my nieces who are shorter and 13 years old this goes just below the knees.

I have been looking for a little slip for the longest period of time. Not one in the stores!! Just browsing Amazon and I find exactly what I was looking for. It fit perfectly and I'm very happy with the purchase. I will definitely check here first when I need another.

I was looking for a slip for my daughter to wear with skirts and dresses....this does the job, but will be too long for many of her skirts and dresses. I will keep it for longer length dresses and skirts. Now I need to find one that isn't so long

Long, but that way you can cut it to fit the length of skirt / dress your child normally wears.

for my grand daughter, Hard to find slips for kids even though makes their clothes fit better
