Damaged leg
The box was damaged very badly and I took pictures of it at my front door. There was a problem with one of the legs. I just need a new leg. I had written before and didn’t hear back.

GREAT product. TERRIBLE shipping
Great great great shelves with TERRIBLE shipping.Ordered 2 sets to replace Gorilla shelving.1 set got lostOther set came very bent up.Really in need so i will keep this setPacking really terrible. Would be great if UPS knew how to handle 81lb box.All shelve corner openings bent. Used pry bar to straighten. Shelves are however EASY to assemble and VERY sturdy.So, GREAT PRODUCT when arrives ok.

Missing parts, poor packing
The shelves are thrown together with no padding inside. Just a jumble of metal. And there is only one set of clips, which this description does not tell you, so it is not a COMPLETE package. You have to order three extra sets of clips - 12 in all - to install this. Otherwise, the product seems very good.

Great product ... missing 4 sleeves
Would give this product 5 stars, but it is missing 4 sleeves, which means I can't seat the last shelf. Otherwise a great product.

Item arrive on time as said
The shelf looks fine but i can not put together because the connection between the two part legs will not screw together. It looks like the threads inside the leg pole were not molded correctly and the union threads will not go into them.
