I put this cat-castle in a spot where the cat can easily survey the room it is in as well as seeing into the next room. The cat loves the "roof" bed that gives him a good view of the kingdom. The cat does not ever use the scratching pad on the side and I have only seen the cat go inside once, when he was not feeling well; but this may just be a "my cat" thing, as the cat also disdains other "interior beds" (like the one in the cat-tree).

This is a very sturdy, easily washable item. I have an old cat who loves to hide, and also enjoys the top of the box to look out the window excellent product.

The bed was easy to put together, my cat loves it. Great for the price. My only issue is? Does the company sell newer covers for the beds?? Because my cat has her nails and has torn up the cushions?? Do you sell spare ones????

It was alright but the hole is kind of small for an adult cat that isn't tiny. The bed on top is very flimsy and doesn't hold up super well for a larger cat (big, not fat)
