It won’t work miracles, but I feel better after using this.
Like many older adults, my spine has developed a curvature. It has several probable causes, including aging, using a walker where I have to bend over, poor posture while spending most of my time on a computer and more. The condition can’t be cured and so far it isn’t painful. I acquired this device in hopes that exercising my neck might give me more flexibility, improve my posture and reduce my tendency to lean my head and neck forward. It’s a simple device with reasonably clear instructions. I’ve been using it for a few minutes daily and I feel that it is helping. Certainly, my neck feels better after stretching it with the aid of this device. The advantage of this device is that it forces you to be consistent in how far you stretch your neck because of the back plate. I am still on the lowest tension setting. I’m not expecting miracles. My spine is not going to straighten out. But just getting more flexibility in my neck so I can hold my head higher and straighter will be good enough.Jerry

Complete garbage
This is one of those products that you purchase that make you feel like you were scammed. Complete garbage that sits under my bed collecting dust.

Can Be Helpful But Not For Those With A Larger Upper Body
This traction device arrived quickly and well packaged. It is fairly simplistic as far as design and once you figure it out, it is easy to use. I tried this on myself, but due to the size of my shoulders and neck, this was not a good fit. I used to do power lifting and even though I’m not in the same shape as I once was, I am by no means small, and this did not fit me properly. My fiancée was able to test it out and said that it was able to offer 3 various resistance levels and can be used in 2 different positions. We had another family member who has been suffering with neck problems try this out for a prolonged period and it did seem to help offer som muscle strengthening and pain relief. I’m not sure that this is better than other devices on the market or that you would find at a chiropractic office, but this is convenient to use in the comfort of your own home and you can use as little or much as you want or need. I do think if you are suffering from any injury you should check with your doctor before using any PT equipment and to ensure you are using it safely. The price point is affordable and on par with other similar products. Overall, this has potential to help but is best suited for those of a small or average build. Would recommend.

Poor instructions for use make me feel I can do neck exercises without the device
I am not sure why I ordered this device as there was nothing in the description that made me feel like it would actual improve posture or cervical curvature. After using the device, I was right. It is not something that would actually make doing the one action that it can do any easier or effective. Chin to chest movement without the device is no different than it is with the device.I will say that the device is well packaged and seems very well made. Instructions for use are lengthy but focus more on what the device will do for the user than the how to use it. There is one paragraph in 15 entitled How to use that is very lacking. "Using the easy adhesive mounts"- no clue where or what part of the device this describes. I couldn't find anything that appeared to be adhesive. Diagram might be of help. "Using settings 2 and 3"- again, where are the settings made? On closer inspection, I see a ratchet type movement in something that appears to lock but hide and seek would make it easier. changing the gears made it uncomfortable to use. "A video will be provided to show how simple it is"- okay, no QR code to access a video is on the box or IFU.I did try to use this device but truly feel that I can better exercise my neck without this helper. The only exercise you can do is a forward neck movement with a return to the neutral position. This a =is a very expensive device for one movement. If it wasn't so well constructed and packaged, 1 star is all it would get from me.

One Size Does Not Fit All. Petite to Average Works. NFL Size – Hmm, Tight
I selected this in hopes of improving neck posture and strengthening those muscles that may assist in neck/head posture, because of posture lapses, over the years, hunched over working with multi-screen computers. My thoughts? Something is better than nothing. I can pull this from a spot in my office and go through any number of sets to at least retrain/rebuild those muscles in my upper back to not fade from my proper posture. It’s a brilliant simple piece. There are three (3) settings of resistance, each equals the equivalent of a certain weight. I opine that those with petite to average sized upper-level body frames will have no issue wearing this. However, if above average to NFL sized upper body builds, then this is on the small side and offers a tight fit, and likely can be powered through with ease. This reminds me of a piece of equipment I used years ago in an exercise facility to strengthen this muscle group. A primary reason I selected this. Does this offer muscular challenges. For smaller frames, yes, however, for me, barely.Do I find use for this?YesDoes this help?Yes.Why?Because it offers some level of muscle strengthening and/or its use demands my continued attention to basic good posture, as well as giving some relief from muscle fatigue, due to occasional non-optimal posture.Value? What price can I put on maintaining good health and appropriate posture? I think this offers me some value I would not have, but for this device.WarningConsult a health care professional surrounding use of this.I hope my thoughts added information.
