I was extremely pleased when I made my coffee this morning. The coffee was fresh with a full bloom when I used the pour over method. Exceptional taste! I will definitely be buying again!

The aroma of the coffee is soo good and the taste is amazing. So much better than the other coffees out there and is so affordable.

I could not tell whether this is strong medium or mild from the description, only that it is smooth. It taste pretty mild to me.

Coffee bag has a one way valve. It came with a clamp which is good because the bag has no way of being sealed once open.Upon opening it smelled fresh with no hint of being stale. I brewed using a SPA approved coffee maker and used 80g of coffee and 60oz of water. Flavor was bright acidic floral with no acid bite at the end so I’d call it smooth. If you like breakfast blends you will like this one. From past experience this flavor profile usually makes great cold brew.Update: used 90g of coffee and 60oz of water. Made a much better pot imo. Had more depth and not as bright, still fruity and floral.

These are very light grounds and they smell okay in the bag. Brew them and you get a medium bodied coffee but it has a very bitter or sour taste. Tried brewing again using less grounds and you get a weak but still bitter tasting coffee. Better ones out there.

This is a nice and flavorful coffee, it didn't blow me away, but it is a good coffee that I would happily drink again. It comes with a sealer to keep the coffee fresh once the package is opened.I noticed that the coffee has a bit of an uneven grind to it - some bigger chunks and some very fine pieces. That's what normally happens with my home grinder, but something to note for those using upscale coffee makers in which it could be an issue.

I love Colombian coffee and try to get to Colombia a few times a year to buy a few pounds to take home. If you have ever had really good Colombian coffee (i.e. Laboratory, Pergamino, Juan Valdez), this is very close to what you may expect from Pergamino. The beans are clearly from the first or premier batch and were not burnt in the roasting process as you can tell by the rich color and smooth texture. Additionally, if you prefer your coffee black or are trying to switch to black coffee with no cream or sugar, this would be a great option as it has a rich and slightly sweet flavor all on its own. Highly recommend. On the downside, I would normally prefer whole beans over ground.
