I purchased two of these types of juicers (different brands) in the last year and sadly, each one has broken. When I purchased this one, I had higher hopes, thinking that the third time might be a charm. No such luck. I didn’t use this juicer more than three times when somethings snapped and the auger would longer compacted enough to squeeze fruit. Also, I should note that only small oranges can be used in this type of juicer, because anything too large will not fit over the auger, and if you try to make one fit, you risk getting the rind caught between the auger and the unit housing which will stop the auger from turning at all. The sad part here is that this type of juicer provides the best tasting juice because it squeezes all of the pulp as well, creating a nice, thick juice full of all the nutritional benefits of the pulp. Plus, its very easy to clean and it’s small enough that it can stay on the kitchen counter. I’ve tried other larger juicers that require more work to clean and are too large for the kitchen counter, and I don’t think the resulting juice tastes as good as this one. I’m extremely disappointed, and will no longer be purchasing any brand of this juicer again.

I bought this as a second one since the first one (not this type ) didn't work properly. This was my replacement. I should have made this purchase first. It allows me to juice a whole bag of lemons in very quickly. Only drawback I see is that once the drain door is opened, it becomes 'slippery' so it then drips I just put a small cup under it to catch all the juice that would otherwise be lost. It holds a charge and works well when tackling such a job.

The first juicer I received worked for a short while. A replacement was sent very quickly, but the second turnout to be the very same issue. Worked twice and now it doesn’t come on at all. Tried charging it over night thinking that the battery was drained, but that did work. This juicer would easily be a five star if it worked more than twice.
